A resident appears here after signing into the resident site at least once. Random assignment prefers an active profile that is not currently assigned when one is available.
This reads the resident's latest securely saved state. Facilitator changes use the displayed revision so newer resident progress cannot be overwritten.
These setups are manually assigned and are never included in automatic signup assignment. They use the same play-side profile settings as the preset profiles.
The resident sees this on the play site at the scheduled simulation day and time. Free text cannot directly add money, jail, sanctions, test results, or automatic appointment completion.
Use this only for an explicit facilitator reset. The reason is written to the audit log. Selecting a profile changes the assignment; leaving it blank keeps the current profile.
